Group workshops are a fabulous way to dip your toes in and get comfortable with the water.

They include guided journeying, discovery, and resourcing. They invite thoughtfulness and provoke expansion possibilities in various ways that are typically topic dependent. Completely accessible to any experience level.

IN-PERSON OPPORTUNITIES
Rune sigils (also known as a bindrunes) combine several runes for a power packed purpose. Whatever you are up to in life, wherever you need a little support resource, clarity, power boost - a rune sigil makes an excellent addition to calling forth the energy you are desiring.
A virtual real-time mini coaching appointment (on zoom) to discuss what you are up to — desires, current circumstances, where your leanings are. We discover how a rune sigil can best support you. Post appointment, I welcome the rune allies to come together— creating a personalized rune sigil, then record the meanings of this sigil and deliver it (including an image) to you.

MENTORSHIP. If you are on a shamanic or spiritual path, there is so much we can work together on unfolding and re-membering. Working with a practitioner offers different perspective, learning opportunities, and faster attunement to your subtle senses.
VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS & CLASSES. It is one of my loves to offer workshops to a virtual community, making the space and time between us feel less. I love to share learnings that have inspired me, pretty sure sharing helps me to integrate more. And I love holding space for a group, the ebb & flow, the sacred tending. IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & CLASSES. The chemistry, the ENERGY of an in-person workshop is invigorating! These are adventures via guided journey into places my helping spirits have asked me to take humans. I offer them at yoga studios, and other special places that I am invited.
