healing stories

energy hygiene

Think of it as cleaning up all-the-things you can't see that you may be tripping over in your everyday life. Let's shine that light into the obscured places.

healing stories

energy hygiene

Since a young age, Bet had been shielding herself from things that felt threatening. This was a habit that needed some transformation and unwinding but the energy hygiene piece that really made a difference for Bet was in not using her own energy source to protect herself. She found herself exhausted all of the time but as she learned to resource herself with natural sources of sustainable and renewable power, she began feeling way more resilient.

Marie was a mother of 4 children and found that, while it might be expected that she was fatigued, it didn't matter how much rest she got, she was still tired. Her physical health was good and even though 3 of her children were off on their own, she was exhausted. She learned with spirit work to call back her energy at the end of each day, from all the people and situations she was thinking of and involved in. This had never been something she was aware of. As she began to always call back her energy, she began to feel more like herself and less scattered. Her thoughts could be more present with where she was at and her relationships with her children began to reflect the deep respect she had for their personal sovereignty in their lives. This small change shifted many parts of her life for the better.

Bree was in her final year of college and approaching the process of applying to graduate school. She was rather overwhelmed with all that was vying for her attention. We worked on setting up a space for her, in the more subtle realms, where she could be without distractions from all of the unproductive energies, where she could begin to gather all of her ideas and inspirations for attending grad school. The place became so useful for her, allowing her to sit with just the right intentions and helping her to focus when she would sit down to work on her applications.
It just took learning the tools to navigate what felt like overwhelm, transforming it into productive space.
