Have you wanted to hear your own intuition more strongly or know your truth more clearly? Opening to your dreams is a doorway that gives you greater access to your spirit guides and your True Self. Beginning to pay attention to what your dreams are telling you, helps to encourage this flow of information. 

What you are up to is the subject of this appointment. The runes represent the forces of nature and energy that weave through our lives. They are an ancient alphabet and also represent what I affectionately call the structure of magic at play. As we spend time being in inquiry around what you are up to in life, we welcome the runes to come forward to support and guide your success. Post appointment, you receive a recorded delivery (with image) of an individualized sigil made of runes (also known as a bindrune). The recording includes information on what runes and aspects are coming forth as well as any other divination information.

Energetic Enmeshment  can cause a decrease in sovereignty and possibly a drain on your energy. This can be due to outdated or limiting beliefs, cording, soul loss, bindings or fetterings, or a handful of other circumstances. Working to restore your soveriegnty is a process we engage in using powerful inquiry as well as spirit medicine work to energetically clear and correct what is out-of-place or off. The process pays close attention as well to integration for you such that you can feel and live the changes. 

Energy Hygiene refers to the practice of cleaning your space and your personal energetic fields, regularly. I wish it were a thing we learned to do alongside brushing our teeth, but as it is not, there is no time like the present to discover what energy hygiene can do for your clarity and empowerment. Optionally, rituals can be explored for meaningful on-going tending.
