Becoming comfortable with power and wielding it was incredibly difficult for Shea at first. By learning about her heart light and beginning to shine it for herself, she found her way into an empowered posture that only grew with time. In the times when she was getting caught in her head, she would bring herself back to her heartlight and feel more grounded, more clarity, and much more happiness.
Jane found that she had spent quite a lot of time being concerned about the feelings and needs of others and not much at all with her own. Feeling and getting acquainted with her heartlight became a practice that she returned to in order to hold space for herself and to invite herself to feel what her body and emotions were communicating.
El was prone to reactivity. Underneath a lot of the emotions they felt, they had a lot of judgment for themselves. There was a lot that spirit work helped them with but one of their favorite practices was learning to feel and shine their heartlight. They described this like being in a beam of complete compassion. They felt the healing of it and often return to it, to remind themselves of their own light.
Jen found her way into her heartlight by accessing one of her few joyful memories. As she leaned into it, it helped her become more familiar with the luminosity of her heart and the quality of its light. This was such a welcome shift that she would make time in her busy schedule to bask in her heartlight glow and be buoyed by the joy she felt. This practice ushered in shifts in her life that were more to her liking as she learned to feel deserving of joy and love.
